A personal update from Lee

Lee Jackson

What's inside?

Today we get personal. Lee shares what’s been going on in the Jackson household over the last couple of years and how the community and his businesses have helped him through some very dark times. Bear with us this week, it may seem dark, but there is light and encouragement at the end of all of it. The purpose of this episode is to help inspire change in peoples lives by learning from real world experiences. We often work in an untouchable bubble, then life throws it’s curveballs. Our businesses are not there as a chain, but as a support to help us do life.

Please do get in touch if you are affected by any of the messages in this weeks episode.

Wow, what a powerful episode, Lee!

I’m not much of a podcast listener but so glad I listened to this one and grateful to you for sharing so much. To say that you’ve had a tough time is clearly an understatement and it’s a testament to the type of man you are that you continue to help and think of others.

Take care and I wish you and your family good health and good luck!

It took about 10 years before our youngest daughter was willing to start reconnecting. Ten years after that we have regained a close personal relationship. We visit frequently by phone, share photos, visit each other occasionally, etc. So there is hope.

    Hi Lee,
I just wanted to tell you that I loved this episode mate. Everything from the raw honesty of the hardships to the life’s too short examples. It’s inspired and encouraged my to be more transparent about my own life as you know I’ve had a few of my own recently as you know… Adding Bethany to our prayers for your family as well bro.

Keep doing you. You are inspiring.

Loved the episode and you know I can relate to some of those things (losing my dad, the miscarriage). It’s very inspirational and I hope many people hear it so they know that us founders are not superheroes and we have issues. But we also thrive and grow from them and our business won’t die even though we might take time off. I love you, Lee, keep inspiring people!
