What would you do differently?

If you had to start your business from scratch, what would you do differently? What would you do again that worked? Having been in business you will have learned what works and what doesn’t. These are valuable lessons that we can apply to an imaginary fresh start. Let’s go on a journey of starting our business from scratch and see if there is anything from it you can use to make change in your business today.

If I had to start over in my business I would…

  • Establish my strengths
  • Niche down
  • Create customer avatars
  • Show up in the right places
  • Partner with other businesses in same niche
  • Build strong contractor working relationships
  • Create culture from day one

  • Another brilliant episodes. So many points resonate with me! Especially the ones about flexible working times and sticking my stake in the grounds. Niching gives us permission to focus. And focus means success. Lee this episode rocks. So much business widsom presented in a non douchey way.

    What would I do differently:
    – Niching down sooner
    -Believing in myself sooner

    • Whenever I say stake… I think STEAK… mmmmmmm steak.

Thanks so much for the support and encouragement. This was an ad-libbed live stream BUT seemed to work out pretty darn well.
